More stuffs from the movies go into reality. The Tactapad is a touchpad where users can use both their hands to control things on the monitor. Upon placing (and moving) your hands on the pad, the TactaPad’s camera will continually capture the image of your hands and then translucently overlaid on your display as live video. This way, you’ll feel like you’re part of the computer and thus giving more natural control to the desktop.
The surface of the Tactapad can be touched in mutiple places at the same time. The mouse cursor will automatically appears on your display for every touch. The surface itself will react on every presses, providing dynamic force feedback. Each touch has a unique feel which corresponds to the object being touched.
