I have called Samsung.com\support at 800-728-7864 and either gotten transfer to an unknown zone or had Chelsy say she is not even aware that Samsung even makes luggage. I was told when purchased it had a lifetime quarentee - which is great if there is no support to contact - WISH I WOULD OF THOUGHT OF THAT - LAKE HAVE IN NEVADE FOR SALE...... please if anyone knopws how I can get this bag replaced let me know - great back hate to change tired of looking low life with SAMSUNG......
