PQI currently offers USB DOM (Disk On Module), a UFD with ReadyBoost capability. Incase you didn’t know, ReadyBoost is one of Windows Vista’s innovative feature that lets you use either a flash disk or memory card to enhance the perfomance of your system. Back to the device, measures 7.2 x 27 x 30.4mm, it comes with a capacity between 512MB to 2GB and has a data transfer rate of 22MBps (read) / 17MBps (write).

PQI’s USB DOM key is available for $67 (2GB version) or about €50.
