The No Hands Mouse is created to save our energy from switching our hand between the keyboard and the mouse. Well, you can always chop your keyboard like this if you want, but it’s not a recommended solution for general computer users.
The No Hands Mouse, instead of your hand, is operated using your foot. The set consists of two separate foot-pedals: one controls cursor movement and the other controls left and right clicking. The maker, Hunter Digital, claims that it’s very easy to navigate the screen using this mouse and you’ll only need couple hours of practise to mastered it.
If you still want to use your old mouse, don’t worry, you can. There’s a built-in Y-connector to plug in your traditional mouse. It supports serial or PS/2 connector (PC) and ADV connector (Mac).
It is proven that the stronger the muscle, the less susceptible that muscle and its connective tissues are to injury. Use of a foot-controlled device may help prevent RSI’s associated with normal mice and trackballs.
The No Hands Mouse is available for $315.95 or if you want to try it first, you can rent it for $65.00.
