imFone HS - Use Internet Phone With Bluetooth HeadsetBased on the fact that only a few Europeans are using “one phone” (a cell phone that can be used as a general telephone at home by using Bluetooth technology), Enustech has upgraded their imFone device and came up with “imFone HS” for Europe market. This new model lets users use internet phone with a Bluetooth headset, instead of cell phone.

The same as its predecessor, imFone HS also uses USB connection. It comes with an integrated software, the imFone Manager. This software lets you use Bluetooth headset in three modes: Audio mode, Skype (Phone) mode, and Presentation mode.

In “audio mode”, it works like a general headset. In “SKYPE (phone) mode”, you can use Bluetooth headset exclusively for internet phone while other sound like MP3P except internet phone is delivered through the existing audio devices like a pc speaker. While in “Presentation mode”, imFone HS enables you to use the Bluetooth headset as a remote controller when you make a presentation. Users can navigate slides by pressing the volume up/down button of the headset.

According to the company, they will launch another new product in December with which you can use internet phone by just plugging a flash memory (128M) which incorporates internet phone programs like SKYPE/imTEL. That’s great. I’ll post it here once I get the detail of that new product.
