Well, I don’t have a dog at home so any of these collars might not useful for me, including this Talking Dog Collar. But if you have one, and if you like to make fun of other people, this would be a nice prank toy.
Retailed for $18.98, the collar, named Hound Bytes R/C Dog Collar, comes with a built-in speaker. Just clip it to your dog and you can operate the remote from far away and enjoy the reactions of the people when your dog confronts the unsuspecting with one of 6 clever remarks and witty lines.
These are what the dog can say:
- (Farting) Oh I’m so embarrassed, canned food always gives me gas.
- Hey, does this coat make me look fat?
- I’m a lover, not a biter.
- Of course my breath stinks, look what I’ve been licking.

Sounds fun. Maybe I could ask my cat to use it and scare my sister.
