Along with NV-U71T, Sony also announces another GPS Navigation system, the NV-U51. Like its sibling, NV-U51 is powered by the highly accurate, even when use indoor, SiRF Star III GPS receiver chipset. However, this device only comes with a 512MB of onboard memory, packed with just maps from a few selected regions. Moreover, the real time traffic report, which is integrated in the U71T, can only be added as an optional module on U51 GPS. Other features, except the price of course, are completely the same.
