Sony Europe, through their Recording Media & Energy (RME) division, has announced the launch of the new 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo. This memory expansion card will be included in the special promotional packages of PSP (Playstation Portable), and will provide enough storage for lots of digital photos, music files, videos, and games. Thus letting PSP users to take the full advantage of their favourite portable gaming console’s multimedia capabilities.
The new 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo complements the existing line-up of Memory Stick PRO Duo media kits for the PSP, available in capacities ranging between 256MBB and 1GB. The special PSP package will come with an additional USB cable (for PC connectivity) and retail at about 175 Euros ($ 210).
