Solar Charger device is basically a battery or power recharger which capture the sun light and process it into power or energy. Couple days ago, I’ve posted about the solar charger for PSP (and other gaming device). Now, here’s another solar charger device, which works for your mobile phone, Soldius1.

Soldius1 solar charger device uses a technology that they called Maximum Solar Power Tracking (MSPT). Not sure what it is though (no explanation from their site). By using that technology, Soldius1 able to charge a mobile phone within 2 – 3 hours. Quite fast, huh?

This solar charger is compatible with many popular mobile phone, including Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, Siemens, Sony Ericson, and most 3G models. For iPod user, don’t worry, Soldius1 also support your favourite music player. According to the company, “Soldius is presently involved in Solar Charging developments with leading manufacturers of Laptops/notebooks, PDA’s, MP3 players, cameras and almost all other portable devices.”

For the technical spesifications, the dimension of Soldius1 is 135×80x10mm and weighted 85 grams. Rated ouput in direct sunlight is 6.58V- 320mA.
