SGH-P300 is a unique credit card-sized cell phone from Samsung. Measures at only 86 x 54 x 8.9 mm, this phone almost looks like a calculator instead of a mobile phone (enlarge the picture if you don’t believe it). Runs under GSM network, the P300 has WAP / GPRS support, 1.3 megapixel camera module, 90MB internal flash memory, Java and Bluetooth support, built-in email client, and MP3 player function. Samsung SGH-P300 cell phone is planned to release in the middle of this month for a price around $450 – $450.
