I often see it in the movie, a big fat rich man, grab a handful of money, and wave it on his face, like a fan. Nissen’s fan ad says, according to OddJapan, that you spend only 3,500 yen, show 200,000 with the fan and “feel rich”. So, anyone want to “feel rich”? :p
