New Disney Cell Phone in China

China Putian, a Chinese telecom equipment maker, has recently launched three new cellphones models based on popular Walt Disney characters. These phones (Classic Mickey, Fantasy Flower, and Pink Love models), features a 1.3 megapixel camera module and MP3 player capability. They will be sold through Shanghai Mobile, a subsidiary of the country’s largest mobile carrier China Mobile, as well as through a special Disney shop established at Taobao.com, the online auction subsidiary of Alibaba.com.
If interested, you should hurry up because it will be available at a limited 8,888 units each. However, you should also sign up to Shanghai Mobile first as only subscribers that sign up for a two-year service package with Shanghai Mobile will be eligible to purchase one of those three Disney handsets.
