The HotCam is a toy car with manual (not remote) control. With the onboard video camera, on the driver’s view, and a build-in microphone, this car lets you record what happen in front of the car. If you have a child, you can let your children play with it, and record it. Later, you and your children can play the recorded scenes through television. Much like Mattel’s Vidster, the digital video camera dedicated for children, but this HotCam will be suitable for much younger child.
As for adult, this toy would be a perfect spy cam. You can turn the video on and leave it on your desk, floor, etc. Noone will ever realize that they are being recorded on the video camera 
To start recording, there’s a push button on top of the car. When the button is ON, the car is recording and the headlights and the rear lights also turn ON as an indicator. When the button is OFF, it’d stop recording and both lights go off.
Oh well, with the lights turn on, I guess the idea of using the toy car as a hidden cam would be useless. Unless you cover the lights with something first :p
