Eten X500 PDA Phone With GPS Navigation

Eten has just announced its latest PDA Phone, the X500. This cell phone, which also acts as GPS navigation system, comes with an integrated 2 megapixel camera module with autofocus function, a 2.8-inches 65K colors touch screen display with 320×240 resolution, FM radio tuner, a 64MB of RAM, a 128MB of ROM, and microSD card slot for additional storage. Connectivity options include WiFI, EDGE, GPRS, Bluetooth 2.0, USB, and quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz). It is powered by Samsung S3C24402 400MHz processor and runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system.
As for the GPS functionalities, Eten installed the popular SiRF Star III GPS chipset on the X500 PDA Phone which promised fast and efficient perfoamnce. The built-in RDS/TMC module also delivers an up-to-date traffic reports on the go. No words on pricing and availibility yet.
