Acer d150 Portable GPS Car Navigator

Acer, the new player in the in-car GPS market, have released the successor of their d100 Portable GPS Car Navigator. The new GPS device, the d150 series, features a clear directional information and comprehensive POI (Point of Interests) database. However, for a navigation system that cost you £299, Acer’s d150 doesn’t have anything else to be proud of. It lacks of features, compared to other cheaper GPS unit such as the one from TomTom and Garmin. Sadly, not just they have more features, they also have much better features. That’s both quantity and quality advantage over Acer’s d150 GPS.
Well, maybe Acer still have a lot to learn about GPS before they can claim their position on the portable navigation market.
