And the top ten mistakes gamers often make with mistakes are:

10. Applying your video game manual toward innuendoes.
Avoid such phrases as “Have you seen my joystick?”

9. Making silly fighting video game sound effects or reciting catch phrases either on the phone or on a date.
Picture this: You two are just waiting for your dinner and then all of a sudden your mouth busts out with a “PTCHHuH! PTCHHuH! WaBaH! BurrrRRRinNG! OowWugHh…. oowwughh…. ooowwughh…. Destroy All Humans. Rarrwwgh!” Yah, right.

8. Admitting that you’re in the middle of playing games anytime they ask if you are.

7. Throwing a fit about how being on the phone with them just got you fragged by a noob.
Conceal your emotions; plain and simple.

6. Asking her if she wants to be piledriven.

5. Kicking their asses in games and gloating about it.
If you can’t learn to play well with others, then you might as well get use to playing by yourself.

4. Buying them video games because you think it will patch things up.
We have all been guilty of this at one point or another. Will we try it again? I rest my case.

3. Telling them you love them more than games.
Don’t set yourself up to get caught in a lie. You know you love games more than you love them.

2. Telling them you love games more than them.
Just make it a point to avoid this line of questioning. You should’ve realized by now admitting anything to them is a mistake.

1. Asking them to dress up as your favorite video game chick.
OH SNAP! If she’s not slamming the door in your face at this point, it just means she’s at home writing a break-up note.
