I was going to replace my BenQ’s FP71G+S LCD monitor with the 24-inch FP241W (also from BenQ) at Intel Compuvaganza expo last week, but someone already bought the last displayed unit while I was still reading the brochure. Well, after seeing this new FP785+ display, I’m glad that I haven’t buy a new monitor.

BenQ FP785+ is a LCD monitor which is specially designed by Giuseppe Castiglione. Co-op with National Palace Museum in Taiwan, BenQ featured the masterpieces “Everlasting Verdure of the Immortal Calyx, An Album of Flower Studies” and “Ayusi Scattering Rebels with Upraised Spear” on the display. Obviously, this beautiful and gorgeous monitor available as a limited edition with only 1,300 units manufactured for each design. And yes, my chance of getting this LCD monitor is pretty slim (almost zero acutally), but who knows magic happen.

Specs-wise, FP785+ LCD monitor features a resolution of 1280×1024, a contrast ratio of 700:1, an integrated 2 x 2W speakers, and both DVI and VGA input.
