Another news from LG. This one about their three new LCD TVs under the XCanvas range – a 37, 42, and 47-inch. Let’s talk about the biggest one and ignore those pity smaller TVs. The 47-inch LCD TV, 47LB1DR model, is a Full HD (1920×1080) TV with a contrast ratio of 5000:1 and a refresh time of 6ms. You can also record your favourite TV programme directly onto its 250GB HDD. All of these XCanvas LCD TVs are planned to release around the World Cup event. Maybe the company hope that many soccer fans will buy the big HDTV to watch the final match at home.
