Epson Presents EMP-X5 and EMP-822 Video Projectors

Epson offers two new professional video projectors, EMP-X5 and EMP-822. Let’s check out the EMP-X5 model first. Priced at 90,000 Yen (about $760 or €555), this one features a brightness of 2200 lumens, a resolution of 1024 x 768 (XGA), and a contrast ratio of 400:1. Weighs 2.7kg, it incorporated 3LCD technology and sports some nice functions, such as “Direct Shut Down”, “Quick Start Up”, and “One Touch and Off”. All of these functions allow users to quickly use the projector or transport it away when finish their presentation.
As for the EMP-822 video projector, it comes with almost similar specs compared to its sibling, EMP-X5 model. The only differences are the price (207,900 Yen or a whopping $1750), the brightness (this one has 2600 lumens), and an exclusive remote and wireless mouse (for the first 3,000 buyers only though) bonus.
