[CEATEC] Sony HDR-HC3 Camcorder

And now it’s time to take a look at Sony’s booth at CEATEC Japan 2006 exhibition. Two of the most remarkable products on its display was the HDR-HC3 and HDR-FX7 camcorders. Let’s check out the HC3 recorder first. Using a 1/3″ CMOS sensor, it features a 2,103,000 gross pixels, a 1,434,000 effective pixels in 16:9 video mode, and 1,076,000 effective pixels in 4:3 video mode.
