After the Satellite P135 series, Toshiba released another two new Vista-ready Satellite series laptops, the U205 and P105 series. Let’s talk about the U205 first. There’ll be two initial configurations, the U205-S5057 and U205-S5067. Both ultra-portable notebooks, at just 1.34-inches thicks and 4.1-pounds weighs, feature a 12.1-inch widescreen display and pre-loaded Windows Vista Ultimate or Home Premium Edition OS.

Specifically, the Satellite U205-S5057 laptop comes with a 160GB of hard drive and a 1GB of DDR2 main memory. As for the U205-S5067 configuration, it sports a 160GB of hard drive and a generous 2GB of DDR2 main memory. The price is respectively set at $1,299 and $1,599. No info on processor, however, both notebooks supposedly powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo (a.k.a Merom) processor.

Toshiba Satellite U205 series laptops will hit the store on February 6.
