The Satellite A105 laptop series offers an affordable machine for budget-minded consumers. Toshiba has added a few new configurations on this series for you to choose, make its pricing ranged between $700 (Intel Celeron M 390 processor, 512MB of RAM, 80GB of HDD, and aTI Radeon XPress 200M) to $1430 (Intel Core Duo T2400 processor, 2GB of RAM, 120GB of HDD, and Intel GMA 950). All laptops under the A105 range have 15.4-inch widescreen LCD screen with XGA (1280×800) resolution and TruBrite technology for brighter display.

Weighs at 2.62 kg, this rather-heavy Vista-ready (hey, that’s rhyme!) notebook series features Toshiba’s proprietary Express Media Player for instant-on entertainment, dual-layer DVD SuperMulti drive, WiFI connectivity, USB 2.0 ports, TV-out / S-Video terminals, Ethernet LAN, and integrated 56K modem, as well as microphone and headphone jack. Some configurations also include a biometric fingerprint reader, 5-in-1 bridge media adapter, ExpressCard slot, Dual Mode touchpad, and IEEE1394 interface.
