Toshiba Digital Product Division (DPD), a division of Toshiba America Information Systems Inc., yesterday announced the new member of the Qosmio notebook series, the G35-AV600 laptop. Dubbed as the “4-in-1 audio-video entertainment laptop”, it offers a 1-Bit Digital Amplifier, Dolby Home Theater for more engaging surround-sound experience from stereo and multichannel audio sources, and a Bass Reflex Speaker technology from harman/kardon for greater amplification and clarity. All for the joy of your ears only.
At a price of $2,399, the Qosmio G35-AV600 laptop is powered by an Intel Core Duo processor and is equipped with an integrated TV tuner, Digital Video Recorder (DVR), virtual surround-sound stereo, and all of other standard features that doesn’t need to be mentioned here. It operates under Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
