Tatung TTAB-A12D Tablet PC

Tatung introduced its latest tablet PC, the TTAB-A12D, that comes with detachable keyboard at Computex 2006 exhibition earlier this month. To turn into slate mode, users only have to detach the keyboard and throw keep it somewhere. And incase you didn’t know yet, this kind of tablet PC is called a “Hybrid Tablet PC”. The most popular Hybrid Tablet PC manufacturers, according to Wikipedia, are Gateway, Fujitsu, and HP.

Now back to Tatung’s TTAB-A12D Tablet PC. Apart from the detachable keyboard, this pearl white-colored PC features a 12-inch wideview LCD display, a biometrics fingerprint sensor, built-in microphone, hot plug battery, and light sensor technology. No words about the detail specs, as well as price and availability, of this sim tablet PC yet. I’ll keep you update when I have some more information about this.
