Stephen Hornbeek probably was probably not satisfied with IBM’s notebook. That’s why he came up with his own design of what the IBM notebook should be. Based on the objectives of resolving compatibility issues, understanding user interface and utilize brand language, this is Stephen’s dream about the notebook:

The solution is combining a laptop with projector. This combination minimizes clutter and resolves compatibility issues. The laptop screen breaks away and can be used as a tablet PC. The screen resolution matches the projected image and a presentation is set up in half the time. The presentation notebook is a new and versatile product within the IBM product line.
