[KES] Haier W61N Laptop

Haier, a Korea-based manufacturer, presented its 14-inch (1280×768 WXGA) laptop at the Korea Electronics Show (KES) 2006 exhibition. The W61N is a Merom-based notebook, powered by an Intel 945GM chipset, Intel GMA 950 graphics engine with up to 128MB of shared VRAM, a 512MB of DDR2 RAM and an 80GB of HDD. Housed at stylish and elegant silver/black hoods, the company claimed that its laptop can work a little bit faster than standard Core 2 Duo’s machine. Furthermore, W61N is also equipped with an integrated webcam for video chatting or conferencing, a DVD / CD-RW combo drive, and Windows XP Home Edition operating system.
