FIC recently unveiled the Sunbird-956 Desktop PC, its first Intel vPro-based PC. Eventhough the company didn’t reveal much about what inside the desktop PC, they claimed that the Sunbird-965 will provide users with enhanced security and ease-of-maintenance with a built-in Kensington lock, pad lock, chassis intrusion and tool-less design.

The Sunbird-965 was the logical choice for the Intel vPro launch,â€? said John Villejo, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FIC. “Having been specifically designed with the office environment in mind, the Sunbird’s exemplary security features go hand-in-hand with the inherent nature of Intel’s latest platform.

Intel® vPro™ technology is the future of the digital office. It provides critical capabilities not found in previous generations of business PCs or software-only solutions.
