[CES] Arima UM650 UMPC

Displayed during CES 2007, the UM650 from Arima of Taiwan is yet-another-UMPC powered by a 1GHz ULV (Ultra-Low Voltage) VIA C7-M 770 processor. It comes with a 6.5-inch touchscreen display with 800×480 resolution, a 512MB of RAM (expandable up to 768MB), and a 30GB of 4,200 hard drive. Connectivity options include WiFI and Bluetooth, while on the entertainment side, it has an integrated 0.3 megapixel webcam along with an optional TV module. Users with high mobility would also love the optional GPS module with TPM capability.
The Vista-ready UM650 ultra mobile computer will ship very soon this year.
