Asus EEE PC 4G Surf Laptop Now Available

NewEgg has started selling ASUS Eee PC 4G Surf laptop. Priced at $349.99, this notebook comes with almost similar specs as the previous 4G model (which is $50 more expensive), but without webcam module and shorter battery life. In detail, the 4G Surf features a 900Mhz Intel Celeron M processor, an Intel 910GML chipset with integrated GMA 900 graphics engine, a 7-inch 800×480 display, a 512MB of RAM, and a 4GB of storage. Moreover, it is equipped with three USB ports, VGA output, media card reader, 802.11b/g WiFI, and Ethernet LAN connection. As for the battery, it’d last for up to 2.8 hours only, which is 0.7 hours shorter than the 4G.
ASUS Eee PC 4G Surf laptop is currently available in black color. It is preloaded with Linux-based OS and a host of handy freewares.
