Acer Announces Power 1000 Desktop PC

Acer has just announced the new compact desktop PC, Power 1000. Measures at just 250 x 200 x 60mm and weighs 2.7kg, it is equipped with the… errr.. powerful… AMD Sempron 3200+ processor. Not sure what the hell folks at Acer thinking about in this era of Core Duo technology, but they probably just want to target this mini PC to those low-budget customers. Well anyway, inside its small hood you can also find a 512MB of RAM (expandable up to 2GB), an 80GB of SATA HDD, a GeForce 6150LE graphics engine, and a SuperMulti DVD burner.
