It is a nice phone to use. But it I am only a few months into my contract and Orange had to change my phone twice. So, now I am on the third phone. Both times the problem was similar - once I put it on charge and it went completely dead. Another phone had a "charging error" and would not charge at all. If this one breaks they promissed to give me a new one as I really hate this model now - it is just too unreliable. I got this phone since July with my 18 months Orange contract.
