They just want to make more money by trying to force users to buy another phone. Its all about the almighty dollar. Why give a free fix to users when they will buy another more up-to-date newer phone. its tehnology is antiquated and they dont care. and leave it to sprint to be right there with them! only problem is people are going elsewhere now so did it really pay off for them? palm centro sucks.
