M3 Mobile, a Korea-based manufacturer, is going to show off its enterprise PDA phone called M3 7510S RFID at the upcoming Hanover’s CeBIT 2009 event in March. Apparently, this handset is equipped with a built-in 13.56Mhz RFID chip, which can be applied to various industry applications, including healthcare, public transportation, facilities management, asset tracking, and access control. The phone also has passed IP64 standard, means that 7510S will survive the accidental drop — as long as it not higher than 1.5 meters…
Regarding specs, M3 7510S RFID PDA phone features an integrated 2.0 megapixel camera module with autofocus, a built-in SiRF Star III GPS navigation chipset, a 802.11b/g WiFI connectivity, and barcode scanning capability. Two version will be available when it releases: one with Windows Mobile 5.0 Phone Edition OS and the other with Windows Mobile classic operating system.
No words about the price at the moment.
