Nikon Coolpix S4 Review
Sponsored Links
Last week we’ve put a review of Nikon’s Coolpix S3 digital camera. Now here’s a review of another camera under Coolpix series, the S4, from PCMags (the review, not the camera). The digital camera itself boasts 6 megapixel sensor with 13.5MB internal memory and SD card support for additional storage. If you love to take a shot on far objects, you might be happy with its 10x optical zoom and 2.5-inch LCD screen. It can also do the movie recording (640×480 at 15 fps), but according to the review, the quality is not good. The price is between $314.00 – $507.00.
Excerpt from the review:
Nikon’s latest superzoom, the Nikon Coolpix S4, is designed so that the lens and the body can rotate independently of each other. This swiveling design was first introduced on the Coolpix 900 a number of years ago, and the last Nikon to have it was the 4X optical Coolpix 4500. It’s a wonderful design, especially useful for Hail Mary shots or shooting over crowds. Unfortunately, we found the pictures taken with the S4 to be a bit disappointing.
