Dell released XPS M140 notebook, their latest addition to the premium XPS series today. The laptop is designed for low-end user, with super simple media handling. It comes standard with a 2.13 GHz Pentium M, 1GB of RAM, and Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. The system perfomance is quite good, but not as a portable media center. It doesn’t include a TV tuner card and no discrete graphics, which might upset some serious gamers.
