Toshiba unleashed the new SS RX2 Series laptop. There are seven of them — T9GG, T9G, T8GG, T8G, T7GG, T7G, and S7G models. All of them are powered by a 1.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU9300 processor, an Intel GS45 Express chipset, and a 2GB of main memory (up to 3GB supported). They also are equipped with a 12.1-inch WXGA (1280×800) display, WiFI connectivity, three USB 2.0 ports, E-Sata port, a DVD SuperMulti burner, SD/SDHC media card reader, and a fingerprint sensor for enhanced data security.

So what’s the difference? Well, the first two models (T9GG and T9G) are packed with a 128GB of Solid State Drive, while the rest sports a 160GB of HDD. Three of them (T8G, T7G, and S7G) will be released on September 20th, while the other laptops will be available in November.
