Available in two different sizes (8.9-inch and 10-inch), both with a 1024×600 LED backlight-powered display, “Wind” is the brand new UMPC from MSI. It is powered by a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom processor and equipped with an 80GB of hard drive, a 1GB of main memory, and an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam. As for the operating system, you’d get the stable Microsoft Windows XP OS. Unfortunately, there’s no info on the price yet, so we can’t compare it with the earlier released ultra mobile PCs, such as EEE PC.
