Powered by the dual core AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor, Acer’s latest 15.4-inch laptop, “AS5520-7A1G16″, features a 1GB of main memory, a 160GB of hard drive, and a widescreen display with a resolution of 1280×800 (WXGA). It is currently available in Japan market with a price tag of 99,800 Yen or about $932.5 (633 EUR).

I’m currently using Acer’s TravelMate 3274WXMi laptop and I’m rather disappointed with its performance. As soon as I have enough money, I’m going to replace it with Asus G2S (or G1S) series notebook PC.
