Cowon has officially announced that its latest portable media player device, Q5, will be available in Korea starting from May 14th. The price isn’t cheap, but once you look at its features, you know that it worth your money. Some of the PMP’s highlighted features are a 5-inch touchscreen display with Wing Click GUI and support both both Pen and Touch Mode, either 40GB or 60GB of onboard hard drive, a DMB (Digital Media Broadcast) receiver, an optional satellite navigation module, WiFI connectivity, e-Dictionary, integrated FM radio tuner, USB interface, OTG, and Office Viewer app. Moreover, it supports wide-range of media formats, including AVI, ASF, WMV (7/8/9), MPEG-3/4, OGG, WMA, FLAC, and WAV. Regarding battery, it can stand up to 13 hours in normal mode, and up to 7 hours in video or DMB mode. Nice!

The 40GB version of Cowon Q5 PMP will be retailed for 549,000 (KRW) or about $595, while the 60GB version can be purchased for 599,000Won or around $645.
