Sony is going to update its VAIO laptop line-up in July with the addition of the new 15.4-inch VAIO FZ, 13.3-inch VAIO SZ5, and 11.1-inch VAIO TZ series — all with widescreen display and an integrated webcam module. Sony VAIO FZ notebook is said to sport the forthcoming Intel Santa Rosa platform, along with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors, a 2GB of main memory, and up to 200GB of hard drive. The other two laptops come with similar specs, except that VAIO SZ5 will be powered by the current Merom CPUs, while the ultra-portable TZ model will have Core 2 Duo ULV processors installed.

Rumor says that a 14-inch widescreen VAIO CR and 13.3-inch widescreen VAIO CZ laptops will be also released at the same time.
