Eten has just upgraded its Glofiish X500 Pocket PC Phone into X500+ model and added a 2.8-inch 65K colors VGA (640×480) TFT display along with the recently released Windows Mobile 6 operating system. The rest of the specs are still the same though, including an EDGE/GPRS support, a 400Mhz Samsung SC3-2442 CPU, a 128MB Flash ROM, a 64MB SDRAM, FM radio tuner, GPS capabilities, an integrated 2 megapixel camera module, and a microSD card slot. Measures 113 x 59.5 x 15.5mm and weighs 146 grams, the phone runs on quadband GSM network (850/900/1800/1900MHz) and supports both Bluetooth v2.0 and WiFI connectivities.
