One more portable DVD player for today. Coming from Polaroid, the device comes in two flavours — black and white — and boasts a handy tilt screen and internal antenna. It also features both ISDB-T and NTSC broadcast system, DivX and CPRM (Copy Protected Recording Media) support, and a large 8.5-inch widescreen TFT display with a resolution of 480×800 and an aspect ratio of 16:9. The company claimed the screen to be flicker free, it’s up to you whether you want to believe it or not. Regarding battery, it can stand for up to 5 hours playback.

Polaroid’s new portable DVD player already hit the Japan market, however, no info on its retail price. Note that the company also plans to ship the device to US market very soon.
