[CeBIT] USB-Powered UbiSync LCD Monitor From Samsung

Samsung has done a very good job on computer display department. Check it out its forthcoming LCD monitor that being showcased during CeBIT 2007 show in Hannouver, Germany. It’s called UbiSync and it’s the first USB-connected display in the world. And yes, conventional VGA or DVI ports are no longer required. As long as you computer / laptop has a USB port, you can use UbiSync to display the image. You don’t even have to install any graphics engine on your PC, since all of the image processing is handled by the provided graphic software from Samsung.
Scheduled to hit the market in May with a price tag of around $678, Samsung UbiSync LCD monitor features four-port USB hub for connecting four additional display to the PC, USB 2.0 interface, 32-bit color support, DVD-quality video playback, and 19-inch width screen with 1280×1024 resolution. Moreover, it incorporated British-developed video networking technology from DisplayLink.
