Sony has just launched a new LCD monitor series dedicated for professionals. Called LUMA, the monitor sports a HDMI port and support for 1080/60p HD video. Currently there are two models under LUMA, the 24-inch LMD-2450W (1920×1200 widescreen resolution) and the 20-inch LMD-2030W (1680×1050 widescreen resolution). Both displays will soon hit the Japan and USA store, however, no words on pricing and exact release date at the moment.
