The new laptop from NEC, LaVie L LL550/HG, comes in a soft blue color, which is quite refreshing rather than the boring gray color. On the inside, the notebook is powered by an AMD Sempron 3200+ (1.8GHz) processor, a 100GB of hard drive, a 1GB of main memory, and an AMD Radeon XPress 1100 graphics card supporting its 15.4-inch widescreen (1280×800) LCD display. Furterhmore, measures 360 x 260 x 37mm and weighs 3.1kg, LL550/HG is equipped with WiFI connectivity, memory card reader, a Multi DVD burner, Windows Vista Home Premium Edition OS, and Microsoft Office 2007 Personal Edition. No words on pricing yet, but it probably won’t come cheap.
