Nokia is going to release the upgrade version of the impressive E61 business phone. The new version, Nokia E61i, will have an integrated 2 megapixel camera module with video recording capability. I do own Nokia E61 myself and the lack of the camera is my only disappointment. Other enhancements are the 75MB internal memory (60MB on E61 model) and Transflash (MicroSD) media card slot (MiniSD on E61). The rest of the features are still the same, including 16M colors QVGA display, Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition operating system, new Navi and One touch keyboard keys, various email support, and wide-range connectivity options, such as WiFI, Bluetooth, and 3G/UMTS.

Nokia E61i cell phone will be available in the second quarter of 2007. No words on pricing at the moment.
