Well ladies and gentlemen, it seems now we’re ready to enter the next generation of mobile phone technology. After the Sharp W51SH handset that incorporated AQUOS LCD technology, here goes the SO903iTV from Sony Ericsson which sports a Mobile Bravia, a display engine jointly developed by Sony and Sony Ericsson. It promises a clear and sharp display through the provided 3-inch wide LCD, as well as a more authentic TV experience from the black acrylic screen border. Regarding specs, the display has a resolution of 240×432 and an aspect ratio of 16:9 (widescreen).

Measures 111 x 50 x 19.5mm and weighs 130 grams, Sony Ericsson SO903iTV Cell Phone features an integrated 2 megapixel camera module, built-in GPS functionalities, support for Felica, a famous payment system in Japan; microSD card slot for additional storage, and Live TV for watching (and recording) satellite TV programme on-the-go.

No words on pricing and availability at the moment. But FYI, the cell phone will be available only in Japan, with three different flavours (white, black, red).
