Verizon Wireless Receives Samsung SCH-A990 Cell Phone

Verizon Wireless announces the availability of the first 3.2 megapixel camera phone, Samsung’s SCH-A990, on their distribution line. This cell phone, measures 3.8 x 1.88 x 0.82-inches and weighs 4.4-ounces, boasts Mobile Web 2.0 support, instant photo print through Bluetooth, and support for Verizon’s V-Cast service for direct video and music donwloads. Furthermore, the handset has a nice 262K colors display which can be rotated up to 180 degree, making it easy to take a shot like a real digital camera. Obviously, users can record their own video as well.
