Samsung HP-T5084 Plasma HDTV

Samsung is going to release the 50-inch HP-T5084 1080p Plasma TV in May this year. This HD-ready TV boasts a true resolution of 1920 x 1080, an aspect ratio of 16:9, a built-in ATSC/NTSC tuner, a USB 2.0 connectivity, PC input, and three HDMI-CEC ports for connecting the display to Blu-Ray players or other HD devices. It also incorporated Samsung’s TrueWide and FilterBright2 Plus technology which minimizes glare and in other hand, maximizes the contrast for a picture, keeping the picture bright and vivid in any room environments.
Later in September, Samsung will also release HP-T5884, the 58-inch version of the HP-T5084. The first one being released will be retailed for $4,199, while the latter can be purchased for $5,199. Both TVs are part of the Samsung’s 84 Series Plasma HDTV.
