Here’s a new GPS navigation from i-Station, the NetForce Navi. Runs on WinCE.Net 5.0 operating system, the device is equipped with a large 4.3-inch (800×480) colors TFT LCD screen, Rousen Navi navigation software, integrated 3000mAh rechargable Li-Ion battery, and built-in T-DMB receiver for on-the-go TV broadcast. Measures 148 x 78 x 21.8 mm and weighs 340 grams, the device also doubles as a PMP (portable media player) with the ability to playback wide-range of media formats, including MPEG 1/2, MPEG4, MP3, WMA, AC3, OGG, WAV, MSADPCM, JPEG, BMP, PNG, and RAW.

Not sure about the price, but retail package of i-Station NetForce Navi GPS will contain a GPS craddle, windshield mounting bracket, car charger, T-DMB antenna, a remote control and all the required cables.
